Je krijgt een vaste job, een aantrekkelijk loon tot € 19,41 bruto/uur inclusief ploegenpremie en een grondige opleiding zodat je stap voor stap kan groeien binnen het bedrijf.

Je werkt samen met collega's aan de productie van kwalitatieve auto-interieuronderdelen. Tijdens een typische werkdag bedien je moderne productiemachines, controleer je de kwaliteit van de onderdelen en stuur je het proces bij waar nodig. Kleine storingen pak je zelf aan, terwijl je grotere problemen tijdig signaleert. Door de groei van het bedrijf krijg je bovendien de kans om mee te werken aan de opstart van nieuwe productielijnen.

Jouw taken:

  • Bedienen en opvolgen van productiemachines
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles
  • Kleine technische storingen oplossen
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces
  • Ondersteunen bij de opstart van nieuwe productielijnen
  • Je hebt interesse in productie en wil verschillende machines leren bedienen
  • Je werkt graag nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel (vroeg/laat)
  • Je denkt praktisch mee en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste
