Een financieel gezond en ambitieus bedrijf, gespecialiseerd in LED-verlichting, zoekt een ervaren commercieel bediende binnendienst met leidinggevende capaciteiten. Je komt terecht in een klein, hecht team waar samenwerking, vertrouwen en korte communicatielijnen centraal staan. Je krijgt de ruimte om initiatief te nemen, processen mee te verbeteren en samen met je collega's verder te groeien.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Je bereidt werven en projecten zorgvuldig voor, zodat alles vlot loopt
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten: telefonisch, digitaal en af en toe persoonlijk
  • Je maakt offertes voor nieuwe plaatsingen én herstellingen van koelmeubelverlichting
  • Je ondersteunt administratief waar jouw talenten het best tot hun recht komen
  • Je bereidt facturen en subsidiedossiers correct en transparant voor
  • Je leert werken met Dialux-lichtstudies (opleiding voorzien)
  • Coördineren en aansturen van je team: taken bewaken, deadlines bewaken, zorgen voor een vlotte samenwerking...

Je krijgt veel vrijheid in je takenpakket en schakelt rechtstreeks met collega’s. Rechtlijnige communicatie, korte beslissingslijnen en een positieve vibe maken hier écht het verschil.

  • Het technische aspect triggert jou, je zal je immers moeten verdiepen in deze materie & producten.
