Als Internal Sales Medewerker zorg je ervoor dat commerciële opportuniteiten bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten effectief worden omgezet in concrete projecten en orders. Je werkt nauw samen met de buitendienst en zorgt voor een gestructureerde opvolging van offertes en dossiers, zodat klanten professioneel en tijdig worden bediend.

Jouw uitdagingen:

  • Je bent een eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en opportuniteiten en zorgt ervoor dat vragen snel en professioneel worden opgevolgd.
  • Je ondersteunt de buitendienst actief bij het opvolgen en omzetten van opportuniteiten naar concrete projecten.
  • Je detecteert nieuwe opportuniteiten bij bouwheren, aannemers en bouwhandelaars en helpt deze verder ontwikkelen tot concrete deals.
  • Je stelt offertes op en volgt orders en projecten op van aanvraag tot afronding.
  • Je stemt af met de buitendienst en interne experten om klantvragen correct te vertalen naar oplossingen.
  • Je registreert en volgt offertes, orders en klantendossiers correct op in de interne systemen.
  • Je neemt samen met het team deel aan events, beurzen en klantenmomenten en draagt zo bij aan het versterken van klantrelaties en nieuwe opportuniteiten.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je neemt van nature ownership op en zorgt voor een vlotte en correcte afhandeling binnen Internal Sales.
  • Je bewaart overzicht en stelt prioriteiten in een omgeving met meerdere lopende dossiers.
  • Je communiceert vlot en kan je ook vlot uitdrukken in het Frans tijdens klantcontacten.
