Je komt terecht in een familiale en stabiele productieomgeving waar techniek centraal staat. Samen met een ervaren team zorg jij ervoor dat het machinepark optimaal blijft draaien. Dankzij de combinatie van dagdienst en afwisselend vroege/late shifts geniet je van variatie én een mooie work-life balance. Bovendien krijg je een grondige opleiding op de werkvloer, maaltijdcheques en 12 ADV-dagen bovenop jouw verlof.

Wat ga jij doen?Als onderhoudstechnieker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de goede werking van de spuitgietmachines, matrijzen en randapparatuur. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Oplossen van mechanische en elektrische storingen aan spuitgietmachines
  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan machines en installaties
  • Machines controleren en technische defecten opsporen
  • Matrijzen op- en afbouwen op de machines
  • Parameters aanpassen en machines opnieuw opstarten na storing
  • Onderhoud uitvoeren aan automatisaties en randapparatuur
  • Machines reinigen na producties
  • Samenwerken met operatoren en collega-techniekers om stilstanden te vermijden
  • Meedenken over technische verbeteringen binnen de productie

Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving met een uitgebreid machinepark van spuitgietmachines waar dagelijks kwaliteitsproducten worden geproduceerd.

Bij ons werk je in een rooster waarin dagdienst en 2-ploegenstelsel gecombineerd worden. Op maandbasis werk je normaal 2 weken in dagdienst, 1 vroege shift en 1 late shift.

  • Je hebt een technisch diploma elektriciteit of elektromechanica
  • Je hebt ervaring als storingstechnieker
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands
