Ben jij een geboren coach die graag aanwezig is op de werkvloer en energie haalt uit het begeleiden van mensen? Dan krijg je hier de kans om een team van 35 operatoren te ondersteunen, mee te bouwen aan veilige en efficiënte productieprocessen én door te groeien binnen een sterke industriële omgeving. Bovendien werk je toe naar een vaste job na een positieve interimperiode.

Je start je dag met een overdracht van de vorige ploeg, bekijkt de planning en volgt de productie op. Doorheen de dag ben je zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, beantwoord je vragen, stuur je bij waar nodig en zorg je ervoor dat veiligheid, kwaliteit en rendement centraal blijven staan.

Jouw taken:

  • Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van een team van ongeveer 35 operatoren in een 3-ploegenomgeving
  • Organiseren van de dagelijkse personeelsplanning en werkverdeling
  • Opvolgen van productie-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsdoelstellingen
  • Onthalen en begeleiden van nieuwe collega's
  • Uitwerken en opvolgen van verbeteracties op de werkvloer
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen de verschillende ploegen
  • Voeren van feedback- en evaluatiegesprekken
  • Optreden als aanspreekpunt tussen productie, medewerkers en leidinggevenden
  • Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving; ervaring als teamleider of supervisor is mooi meegenomen
  • Je haalt energie uit het coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt overzicht, ook wanneer het druk is
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekendJe denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief wanneer je verbeterkansen ziet
