Ben jij een ervaren leidinggevende die energie krijgt van klantenservice, teamcoaching en commercieel succes? Dan is dit jouw kans om een winkel in de doe-het-zelfsector volledig zelf te runnen, je team te ontwikkelen en een geweldige winkelervaring neer te zetten.

Als winkelverantwoordelijke zorg jij voor alles wat in het filiaal gebeurt. Je combineert coachend leiderschap met hands-on werk op de winkelvloer. Elke dag is anders: je helpt klanten met goed advies, leidt je team aan, houdt de voorraad in de gaten en ziet erop toe dat commerciële acties echt resulteren in meer verkoop.

Dit doe jij:

  • Je team aansturen, coachen en motiveren.
  • De dagelijkse winkelwerking en personeelsplanning organiseren.
  • Zorgen voor topservice en goede verkoopondersteuning.
  • Omzetdoelstellingen en commerciële KPI's halen.
  • Voorraadbeheer, bestellingen en logistieke processen opvolgen.
  • Promoties en commerciële acties uitrollen en monitoren.
  • De winkelpresentatie, productbeschikbaarheid en klantbeleving in de gaten houden.
  • Administratieve taken en rapportages verzorgen.
  • Zorgen dat alles veilig, netjes en ordelijk is in het filiaal.

Onze winkel is doordeweeks open van 8u30 tot 19u en op zondag van 9u tot 17u. We verwachten dat je elke dag beschikbaar bent. Natuurlijk rekenen we bij de planning in met je flexibiliteit en persoonlijke beschikbaarheid.

  • Ervaring als winkelmanager, filiaalverantwoordelijke of leidinggevende in retail.
  • Commercieel ingesteld met focus op verkoopresultaten en klanttevredenheid.
  • Energie uit coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers.
  • Georganiseerd, initiatief nemend en overzicht behoudend in drukke momenten.
  • Affiniteit met retail, verkoop en de doe-het-zelfsector.
