Audioloog in Sint-Truiden: wil jij mensen helpen beter horen en met aandacht begeleiden naar een passende hooroplossing?

Je krijgt tijd en ruimte om klanten echt te begeleiden. Je werkt 36 uur per week en krijgt een elektrische wagen met tankkaart.

Na een vlotte interimperiode kan je kans maken op een vast contract.

Functie-inhoud

Klanten komen naar de winkel voor advies over optiek en hooroplossingen. Als Audioloog combineer je gehoormetingen met persoonlijk advies en begeleiding.

  • Je brengt de gehoorvraag in kaart en voert metingen uit. Zo begrijp je wat de klant nodig heeft.
  • Je legt passende hooroplossingen uit en helpt klanten een keuze maken.
  • Je past hoortoestellen aan en begeleidt klanten tijdens hun hoortraject.
  • Je neemt tijd voor vragen en opvolging, zodat klanten zich gehoord voelen.
  • Je draagt zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid in het filiaal en overlegt met optiekcollega’s.

Je gebruikt je vakkennis om klanten op hun gemak te stellen. Je luistert aandachtig, brengt de zorgvraag helder in beeld en legt rustig uit wat de mogelijkheden zijn. Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je filiaal. Tegelijk zoek je vlot de samenwerking met collega’s op. Je vindt het belangrijk om klanten met respect en persoonlijke aandacht te begeleiden. Zo help je hen stap voor stap naar een oplossing die bij hun gehoorvraag past.

Must-haves

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma Audiologie.
  • Een rijbewijs B.
  • Beschikbaarheid voor een voltijdse functie van 36 uur per week.
  • Zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en samenwerken met collega’s.
