Wil jij dagelijks koken voor bewoners en je weekends vrijhouden?

Je werkt 38 uur per week, van maandag tot vrijdag, in een woonzorgcentrum. Daar worden dagelijks ongeveer 400 maaltijden bereid, via een warme en koude lijn. De opdracht loopt tot eind juni 2027 en kan eventueel nog verlengd worden.

Functie-inhoudJe bereidt maaltijden voor bewoners van een woonzorgcentrum. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de gerechten en helpt de keuken veilig en georganiseerd te laten draaien.

  • Je bereidt maaltijden op de warme en koude lijn, zodat bewoners dagelijks een verzorgde maaltijd krijgen.
  • Je superviseert mise-en-place en bereidingen en controleert de kwaliteit van de gerechten.
  • Je ontvangt leveringen, vergelijkt die met de bestelbonnen en meldt afwijkingen.
  • Je plaatst bestellingen, registreert temperaturen en stemt af met leveranciers en de klant.
  • Je volgt veiligheids- en schoonmaakcontroles op en zorgt voor een nette keukenwerking.

Je draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor de keuken en stemt af met de betrokken collega’s.

Je kookt met aandacht voor de mensen die aan tafel zitten. Je plant je werk zorgvuldig en bewaakt smaak, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je werkt zelfstandig en houdt overzicht wanneer meerdere bereidingen tegelijk lopen. Tegelijk stem je helder af met collega’s, leveranciers en de klant. Je communiceert vlot en werkt nauwkeurig met bestellingen, bestelbonnen en temperatuurregistraties. Ervaring met koken voor senioren helpt je rekening te houden met de context van een woonzorgcentrum.

Must-haves

  • Ervaring als kok én ervaring met koken voor senioren.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Beschikbaarheid voor 38 uur per week, van maandag tot vrijdag, tot eind juni 2027.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en goed afstemmen met collega’s, leveranciers en de klant.
