Functieomschrijving:

  • Je behandelt inkomende telefoons en helpt klanten verder in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je luistert aandachtig naar klachten en vragen over aangekochte producten.
  • Je zoekt samen met de klant naar een gepaste oplossing en zorgt voor een klantgerichte afhandeling.
  • Je registreert klachten, vragen en meldingen nauwkeurig in het systeem.
  • Je maakt klantenfiches aan en zorgt ervoor dat alle gegevens correct worden bijgehouden.
  • Je staat in voor de administratieve verwerking en opvolging van klantenfiches en aankopen.
  • Je volgt lopende dossiers op en waakt over een correcte afhandeling.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's om klanten zo goed mogelijk te helpen.
  • Je bent perfect tweetalig Nederlands-Frans.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en beschikt over een klantvriendelijke en professionele telefoonhouding.
  • Je bent vlot met de computer en leert gemakkelijk nieuwe software aan.
  • Je bent georganiseerd, verantwoordelijk en kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Ervaring in een callcenter, klantenservice of administratieve functie is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
