Je krijgt de kans om actief mee te bouwen aan deze evolutie en bij te dragen aan verbeteringen die écht een verschil maken.

Omdat onze klant zich midden in een digitale transitie bevindt, zal ook jouw functie geleidelijk mee evolueren. Vanaf je opstart tot ongeveer één jaar na je indiensttreding zullen je taken en verantwoordelijkheden verder vorm krijgen, in lijn met de digitale ontwikkelingen en de noden van de organisatie.

Deze functie evolueert mee met de digitale transitie en kent twee fases.

Eerste fase (opstartperiode):

  • Na een interne opleiding sta je in voor de opvolging van binnenkomende offertes.
  • Berekenen en controleren van verkoopprijzen volgens vastgelegde richtlijnen.
  • Onderhouden van nauwe contacten met leveranciers voor prijs- en productinformatie.
  • Overleggen met de verkoopdienst om offertes te optimaliseren en commerciële kansen te benutten.

Tweede fase (na de digitale transitie):

  • Correct opstellen, controleren en bijsturen van offertes, inclusief grotere dossiers.
  • Beheren, voeden en bewaken van het digitale pricingmechanisme.
  • Analyseren van prijsafwijkingen en meedenken over optimalisaties.
  • Initiatief nemen om processen te verbeteren.
  • Fungeren als schakel tussen sales, IT en pricing.
  • Bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in: IT/Informatica, Boekhouden/Accountancy of een andere cijfermatige of technische richting
  • Sterk in rekenen en logisch redeneren.
  • Informatica-technisch onderlegd en vlot met digitale systemen.
  • Proactieve houding en zin voor initiatief.
  • Basiskennis van het Frans.
  • Plantenkennis is een pluspunt, maar vooral leergierigheid telt.
