Als Customer Service Officer ben jij dé vertrouwenspersoon voor jouw klanten. Je bouwt sterke, duurzame relaties op en zorgt ervoor dat alles van bestelling tot levering op rolletjes loopt. Je volgt orders nauwgezet op in Navision, denkt proactief mee bij systeemtechnische uitdagingen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een correcte en tijdige levering. Daarnaast ondersteun je het salesteam met heldere rapporteringen en draag je zo bij aan een efficiënte samenwerking.

Een veelzijdige functie waarin klantgerichtheid, nauwkeurigheid en initiatief centraal staan, en waarin jij elke dag het verschil maakt!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met jouw klanten en je bent ook hun eerste aanspreekpunt.
  • Je volgt de orders op in Navision.
  • Je waakt over een efficiënte orderverwerking en neemt initiatief om systeemtechnische problemen snel en gericht aan te pakken.
  • Je bewaakt mee in de vlotte levering van onze producten binnen de vooropgestelde leveringstermijnen en afspraken.
  • Je zorgt voor periodieke interne sales rapporteringen
  • Bij voorkeur heb je een bachelor in planning of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent communicatief en je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels en het Frans.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken alsook in team.
  • Je denkt proactief mee om alles vlot en efficiënt te laten verlopen.
