Voor een technisch productiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in de bouw van machines op maat, zoeken we een Productiemanager Productie & Montage.

Elk project is anders en vraagt om technisch inzicht, een doordachte planning en een goede samenwerking tussen verschillende teams.Als productiemanager zorg je ervoor dat projecten vlot verlopen, van technische tekening tot afgewerkte machine. Je combineert een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer met een helikopterview over de volledige productieorganisatie.

Je krijgt de ruimte om processen te verbeteren, mensen te versterken en mee richting te geven aan de verdere groei van de organisatie.

Wat wordt jouw uitdaging?Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding over de productieactiviteiten en zorgt ervoor dat mensen, middelen en planning optimaal op elkaar afgestemd zijn.

  • Je coacht en ondersteunt de teamleads van productie, montage, elektriciteit en magazijn. Je maakt duidelijke afspraken, volgt de resultaten op en stuurt bij waar nodig. Daarnaast geef je rechtstreeks leiding aan een aantal medewerkers.
  • Je bewaakt de productieplanning. Je vertaalt projectplanningen naar concrete dag- en weekplanningen en houdt rekening met capaciteit, deadlines, kwaliteit en kosten.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte uitvoering. Je waakt erover dat werkorders, technische tekeningen, materialen en aangekochte onderdelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
  • Je verbindt verschillende afdelingen. Samen met engineering, aankoop en projectverantwoordelijken los je knelpunten op en voorkom je vertragingen.
  • Je anticipeert en stuurt bij. Bij afwezigheden, wijzigingen of verschuivende prioriteiten behoud je het overzicht en bepaal je de juiste acties.
  • Je optimaliseert de werking. Je detecteert verbeterkansen, stroomlijnt werkmethodes en zorgt ervoor dat gemaakte afspraken en beslissingen ook effectief worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je denkt mee op strategisch niveau. Als lid van het managementteam draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de productieorganisatie.

We zoeken een technisch onderlegde peoplemanager die initiatief neemt, beslissingen durft te nemen en mensen op een positieve manier in beweging krijgt.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt ervaring in machinebouw of in een vergelijkbare projectmatige productieomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een technisch masterdiploma of hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met leidinggeven, productieplanning en de dagelijkse operationele opvolging.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen en dossiers interpreteren en begrijpt wat nodig is om een project succesvol uit te voeren.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en respectvol, stelt heldere verwachtingen en volgt afspraken consequent op.
  • Je werkt pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht, behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving en denkt vooruit.
  • Je hebt oog voor efficiëntie en weet verbeteringen om te zetten in concrete resultaten op de werkvloer.
