Het restaurant loopt langzaam vol. Gasten genieten van een aperitief, collega's in de zaal zorgen voor een vlotte service en jij houdt achter de bar moeiteloos verschillende bestellingen tegelijk in beweging. Met jouw vakkennis, gastvrije aanpak en oog voor detail zorg je ervoor dat elke drank perfect wordt geserveerd en elke gast zich welkom voelt.Voor een gastronomisch restaurant in de regio Kortrijk zoeken we een ervaren barmedewerker die gastbeleving en kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel draagt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Achter de bar ben je veel meer dan iemand die drankjes uitschenkt. Je bent een belangrijke schakel in de totaalervaring van de gasten en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen én aan de toog vlot verloopt.
  • Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
  • Je zet de bar klaar zodat elke service georganiseerd en efficiënt kan starten.
  • Je bereidt cocktails, aperitieven, digestieven en andere dranken volgens de kwaliteitsstandaarden van het huis.
  • Je helpt gasten bij hun keuze en deelt met plezier jouw kennis over het aanbod.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct en tijdig worden afgewerkt.
  • Je bewaakt de uitstraling van de bar en houdt je werkplek ordelijk en verzorgd.
  • Je volgt de voorraad op en signaleert wanneer producten aangevuld moeten worden.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het zaalteam om gasten een vlotte en aangename ervaring te bezorgen.
  • Je behoudt overzicht tijdens drukke momenten en blijft kwaliteit vooropstellen.
  • Je draagt bij aan een professionele, gastvrije en warme sfeer binnen het restaurant.

Wie we zoeken

Je hebt reeds ervaring binnen de horeca en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar service en beleving centraal staan. Je haalt voldoening uit tevreden gasten en bent trots op het werk dat je aflevert.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Ervaring als barmedewerker, bartender of in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Een goede basiskennis van cocktails, wijnen en andere dranken.
  • Een verzorgde en professionele uitstraling.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een natuurlijke gastvrijheid.
  • Zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en een nauwkeurige manier van werken.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen wanneer nodig.
  • Een positieve ingesteldheid en een collegiale werkhouding.
  • Flexibiliteit om te werken tijdens avonden, weekends en drukke horecamomenten.
  • Interesse in gastronomie en hospitality.
