Ben jij sterk in data, administratie en procesoptimalisatie? Voor een innovatieve en internationaal actieve onderneming zoeken we een Data Administrator die verantwoordelijk is voor de kwaliteit, volledigheid en het beheer van productgegevens binnen het ERP-systeem.

In deze cruciale rol zorg je ervoor dat productinformatie correct wordt opgebouwd en onderhouden, zodat commerciële, logistieke en operationele processen efficiënt kunnen verlopen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkhedenBeheren, controleren en actualiseren van product- en masterdata binnen het ERP-systeem.Verzamelen, analyseren en valideren van gegevens vóór de creatie van nieuwe artikelen.Aanmaken van nieuwe producten, verwerken van wijzigingen en beheren van productversies, spare parts en speciale uitvoeringen.Bewaken van de kwaliteit, consistentie en volledigheid van productinformatie.Ondersteunen van prijsgerelateerde productdata volgens interne richtlijnen.Opstellen, controleren en onderhouden van databestanden voor klanten en externe partners.Signaleren van dataproblemen en actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen binnen databeheerprocessen.Meewerken aan automatiseringsprojecten en digitale optimalisaties met tools zoals AI, Power Apps of andere innovatieve toepassingen.

Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en hebt een sterke affiniteit met data.

Je beschikt over een analytische mindset en gaat graag op zoek naar de oorzaak van afwijkingen of inconsistenties.

Ervaring met productdata, masterdata of ERP-systemen is een grote meerwaarde.

Je bent sterk in administratieve opvolging en hebt oog voor detail.

Je leert snel nieuwe systemen en processen aan.

Interesse in automatisering, AI of digitale optimalisatie is een pluspunt.

Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.

Je werkt graag samen met verschillende interne en internationale stakeholders.

Affiniteit met technische producten of productbeheer is een extra troef.
