Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot met een interesse in logistiek? Voor een innovatieve speler binnen de logistieke sector zoeken we een Logistiek Administratief Medewerker die zorgt voor een vlotte goederenstroom én uitstekende klantenservice.

In deze veelzijdige functie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs, bezoekers en transporteurs. Daarnaast sta je in voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van logistieke processen.

Jouw takenOnthaal en registratie van chauffeurs, bezoekers en leveranciers.Controle van transportdocumenten, laad- en losopdrachten en boekingsgegevens.Verwerking van inkomende en uitgaande goederen in het Warehouse Management System (WMS).Administratieve opvolging van logistieke orders en oplossen van afwijkingen.Ondersteuning van klanten en opvolging van hun dossiers.Dagelijks contact met transporteurs, klanten en interne afdelingen.Correct beheer van transport- en vrachtdocumentatie.Actief meedenken over optimalisaties binnen logistieke en administratieve processen.

Je hebt ervaring binnen een logistieke of administratieve omgeving.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig.

Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht.

Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.

Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office en leert snel nieuwe softwareprogramma's aan.

Je behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke momenten.

Je houdt van samenwerken en neemt initiatief waar nodig.

Ervaring met een WMS-systeem of logistieke processen is een extra troef.
