Operator 2-Ploegen Werk je graag nauwkeurig, maar wil je ook begrijpen wat je doet en waarom? Dan kan deze functie als operator bij onze klant iets voor jou zijn. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk product correct wordt verpakt, gecontroleerd en afgewerkt volgens de voorschriften van verschillende klanten en bestemmingslanden. Geen ervaring als operator? Geen probleem. Dankzij een uitgebreide interne opleiding leer je het volledige proces stap voor stap kennen.Jouw uitdagingAls operator werk je mee aan het verpakken en afwerken van premium sigarenproducten. Geen dag is hetzelfde: afhankelijk van de bestelling werk je met verschillende verpakkingen, talen en specificaties. Daarbij draag je rechtstreeks bij aan de kwaliteit van het eindproduct.Na je opleiding sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Het correct instellen en bedienen van de productiemachines.
  • Het aanbrengen van etiketten, zegels en QR-codes voor traceerbaarheid.
  • Het controleren van verpakkingen, teksten en productspecificaties.
  • Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op kleur, vorm en eventuele beschadigingen.
  • Klein preventief onderhoud en het oplossen van eenvoudige technische storingen.
  • Het signaleren van afwijkingen en meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het proces.

Deze functie gaat verder dan puur machinewerk. Je combineert nauwkeurigheid met logisch inzicht en kwaliteitsbewustzijn. Wie zoeken we?Voor deze functie kijken we vooral naar motivatie en ingesteldheid.Wat vinden we belangrijk?
