Voor een bedrijf in Tervuren zoeken we een Facility Technieker die mee instaat voor het onderhoud, de herstellingen en het preventief beheer van onze gebouwen, technische installaties en buitenomgeving. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen medewerkers en bezoekers rekenen op een veilige, efficiënte en aangename werkplek.

  • Je behandelt onderhouds- en herstellingsaanvragen op een professionele en klantgerichte manier.
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud en algemene herstellingen uit aan gebouwen, installaties, uitrusting en het domein.
  • Je helpt mee bij het onderhoud en de instandhouding van een beschermd historisch gebouw en de omliggende gronden, met respect voor het erfgoedkarakter.
  • Je ondersteunt de administratieve opvolging van facilityactiviteiten, zoals het bijhouden van onderhoudsgegevens, documentatie en voorraadbeheer.
  • Je coördineert werkzaamheden van externe leveranciers en aannemers en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je helpt bij interne verhuisbewegingen, werkplekinrichtingen en de verplaatsing van meubilair en materiaal.Je ondersteunt de organisatie van interne evenementen en praktische facilitaire activiteiten.
  • Je zorgt voor een uitstekende dienstverlening aan medewerkers en bezoekers door duidelijk te communiceren en problemen efficiënt op te lossen.
  • Je beschikt over 2 à 3 jaar relevante ervaring in onderhoud, facility management of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met gebouwonderhoud, technische installaties en/of terreinonderhoud.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, prioriteiten stellen en je werk efficiënt organiseren.
  • Je bent in staat om algemene herstellingen en preventieve onderhoudswerken veilig en professioneel uit te voeren.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's, bezoekers en externe partners in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent bereid om fysiek werk uit te voeren, waaronder het verplaatsen van materiaal en meubilair en je kan werken op hoogte met ladders en/of hoogtewerkers
  • BA4 en/of BA5 attest is een pluspunt
