Voor onze klant, een voedingsbedrijf te Ranst, zijn we op zoek naar een laborant (vroege/late). Samen met je collega laboranten zorg je voor de uitvoering van scheikundige en microbiologische analyses op ingrediënten, halffabricaten en afgewerkte producten. Het doel is steeds om de kwaliteit van de sauzen te garanderen en te verbeteren indien gewenst. Het uitzoeken van de oorzaken bij problemen die hierbij kunnen optreden, maakt de job boeiend en uitdagend. Je contacten blijven niet beperkt tot de ruimte van het labo, want regelmatig overleg je met collega’s uit productie en andere afdelingen.

Volgende taken voer je uit:

  • Kwaliteitscontrole (fysicochemische, microbiologische, visuele controles) op de stalen aangereikt vanuit productie of ingrediënten van de leveranciers.
  • Blokkeren, in overleg met de Manager Quality Control & Productontwikkeling en ploegleiders, van niet conforme producten.
  • Kalibreren, controleren en onderhouden van meetinstrumenten en labo-apparatuur.
  • Oorzaakanalyse uitvoeren bij afwijkingen: overleg met de Manager QC & PO, begeleiden en ondersteunen van de productiearbeiders, gericht zoeken naar oplossingen.
  • Registratie van analyseresultaten, up-to-date houden van het LIMS systeem.
  • Documenten, die betrekking hebben op de kwaliteit, controleren en klasseren.
  • Je behaalde een Bachelor diploma als laborant of een andere wetenschappelijke richting zoals voedings- en dieetkunde;
  • Je bent accuraat, je hebt aandacht voor alle deelelementen om correcte gegevens te bekomen;
  • Je bent proactief, resultaatsgericht en pragmatisch ingesteld;
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de PC;
  • Kennis van HACCP is een pluspunt.
