Voor een groeiend Belgisch bedrijf dat draagtassen en verpakkingen ontwikkelt en levert aan winkels en supermarkten, zoeken we een Internal Sales medewerker.

Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de klanten, de externe sales en de interne afdelingen.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • Offertes opmaakt, prijsaanvragen doet en bestellingen en levertermijnen opvolgt.
  • Klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail beantwoordt en klanten begeleidt van aanvraag tot bestelling.
  • Je eigen klantenportefeuille beheert en bestaande klanten actief contacteert.
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten ontdekt, extra producten voorstelt en slapende klanten opnieuw probeert te activeren.
  • Telefonisch contact opneemt met potentiële klanten en afspraken inplant voor de externe sales.
  • Nauw samenwerkt met collega's van sales, aankoop, productie en logistiek.
  • De externe sales ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding van klantenbezoeken.
  • Je combineert dus een sterke servicegerichte aanpak met een commerciële ingesteldheid. Je hoeft niet zelf de baan op, maar speelt wel een actieve rol in het uitbouwen van klantenrelaties.
  • Je hebt ervaring in commerciële binnendienst, customer service, customer care of sales support.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt graag mee over oplossingen.
  • Je hebt commerciële feeling en durft zelf contact op te nemen met klanten en prospecten.
  • Telefoneren schrikt je niet af, ook niet wanneer je iemand zelf moet contacteren.
  • Je kan vlot met cijfers en Excel werken en leert nieuwe systemen snel aan.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en kan je voldoende uitdrukken in het Frans om klanten verder te helpen.
  • Ervaring in retail, verpakkingen of met een ERP- of CRM-systeem is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
