Voor een bedrijf in de regio Dilsen-Stokkem zijn we op zoek naar een Logistiek Verantwoordelijke die de dagelijkse logistieke werking in goede banen leidt.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je coördineert de afdelingen verzending en repack en houdt daarnaast toezicht op de logistieke werking binnen de productie.
  • Je organiseert de goederenontvangst, uitbestedingen en transportaanvragen.
  • Je verwerkt alle logistieke bewegingen correct in het ERP-systeem (IFS) en zorgt voor een duidelijke communicatie hierover.
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met de plannings- en productieafdeling om transporten efficiënt te organiseren.
  • Je stelt de afdelingsplanningen op en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je geeft leiding aan je team en waakt over een correcte opslag en behandeling van grondstoffen, hulpstoffen, afgewerkte producten en leeggoed.
  • Je zorgt voor duidelijke procedures en werkinstructies, zodat iedereen op een efficiënte manier kan werken.
  • Je bekijkt bestaande logistieke processen kritisch en gaat actief op zoek naar verbeteringen in de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO.
  • Je hebt ervaring of kennis van logistieke processen, of bent gemotiveerd om hierin verder bij te leren via opleidingen.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke people manager die medewerkers weet te motiveren, begeleiden en ondersteunen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet op een respectvolle manier een team aan te sturen.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld, denkt oplossingsgericht en geeft niet snel op bij uitdagingen.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Office.
  • Je hebt een goede geografische kennis of interesse, zodat je transporten efficiënt kan helpen organiseren.
