Ben jij op zoek naar een eerste of volgende stap in de logistieke sector? Heb je interesse in transport, communicatie en warehousing? Dan is deze functie als Administratief bediende bij een toonaangevende logistieke dienstverlener in Mechelen echt iets voor jou.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Administratief bediende sta je in voor de stock, supply chain en bijhorende administratieve opvolging binnen het magazijn. Binnen deze rol rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de warehouse coördinator.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Verwerken van inbound en outbound transport.
  • Afgewerkte routeplanning van chauffeurs registreren.
  • Contact met tegenpartij en verzekering voor het opvolgen van schadedossiers.
  • Schadedossiers verwerken en verder opvolgen en hierover rapporteren aan de Field- en Warehouse Manager.
  • Bestellen van materiaal voor zowel het bureau als het magazijn.
  • Behandelen van algemene administratieve taken zoals: boetes, post, archief,...
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in logistiek en transport
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring met een soortgelijke functie.
  • je hebt een middelbaar diploma.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands en een goede tot zeer goede kennis Frans.
  • Je bent communicatief, stressbestendig en houdt van organiseren
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kan zelfstandig én in team functioneren
  • Je kan vlot overweg met planningssoftware en andere digitale tools (opleiding intern voorzien)
