The posting

Dans le cadre de son développement, notre client recherche un(e) Commercial(e) terrain trilingue français – néerlandais – anglais pour accompagner sa croissance en Belgique et, à terme, à l’international.

Il s’agit d’une fonction avec une réelle dimension entrepreneuriale et stratégique : votre objectif sera de développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, de construire des relations durables avec les clients et de participer activement à l’évolution de l’entreprise.

Concrètement, vos missions seront notamment de :

Développer de nouveaux clients et assurer la prospection commerciale ;

Identifier de nouvelles opportunités et contribuer à l’ouverture de nouveaux marchés en Belgique et à l’étranger ;

Développer et fidéliser le portefeuille clients existant ;

Être régulièrement présent(e) sur le terrain et développer une relation de proximité avec les clients ;

Représenter l’entreprise auprès de prospects et partenaires ;

Participer à la réflexion et à la mise en place de la stratégie de développement commercial ;

Utiliser les réseaux sociaux comme outil de prospection et de visibilité ;

Assurer une partie du suivi administratif : ordres de travail, suivi des dossiers, etc. ;

Au début de votre parcours dans l’entreprise, vous pourrez également être amené(e) à livrer des véhicules chez les clients, afin de découvrir leur activité, leurs besoins et de créer rapidement une relation de confiance.

À terme, votre rôle pourra prendre une véritable dimension internationale, avec l’ambition de développer de nouveaux marchés en Europe et au-delà.

2. Votre profil

Nous recherchons avant tout une personnalité : un(e) commercial(e) ambitieux(se), autonome et profondément investi(e), qui a envie de participer à un projet et pas simplement d'occuper un poste.

Vous correspondez au profil si :

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et le néerlandais ;

Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, indispensable pour la dimension internationale du poste ;

Vous disposez d’une véritable fibre commerciale et aimez aller à la rencontre des clients ;

Vous êtes à l’aise dans la prospection et savez créer et développer une relation commerciale ;

Vous êtes autonome, dynamique et capable de prendre des initiatives ;

Vous avez envie de faire grandir une entreprise et de vous investir dans un projet à long terme ;

Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils digitaux et les réseaux sociaux ;

Vous êtes flexible et appréciez un poste où les journées ne se ressemblent pas.

Une expérience dans le secteur automobile ou mécanique n’est absolument pas indispensable.

Vous pouvez venir d’un tout autre secteur : ce qui compte avant tout, c’est votre état d’esprit, votre potentiel commercial, votre curiosité et votre envie de vous investir.

Une passion ou une réelle affinité avec le monde automobile et mécanique sera toutefois considérée comme un sérieux atout.
