Ben jij technisch aangelegd en haal je voldoening uit het opsporen en oplossen van technische storingen? Heb je een brede technische kennis en werk je graag aan een geautomatiseerd machinepark? Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou!

Voor een klant in de regio zijn we op zoek naar een storingstechnieker die graag technische uitdagingen aangaat en ervoor zorgt dat machines en installaties optimaal blijven functioneren.

Als storingstechnieker maak je deel uit van een technisch onderhoudsteam dat instaat voor het onderhoud en de goede werking van een geautomatiseerd machinepark.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan machines en technische installaties
  • Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van elektrische, mechanische, pneumatische en hydraulische storingen
  • Onderhoud uitvoeren aan elektrische installaties, mechanische onderdelen en PLC-sturingen
  • Analyseren van terugkerende technische problemen en uitwerken van mogelijke verbeteringen
  • Meewerken aan technische aanpassingen en optimalisaties van het machinepark
  • Actief opsporen van oorzaken van machine- en productiestilstanden
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte en efficiënte werking van de productie-installaties
  • Je beschikt over een A2-diploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur elektriciteit of elektromechanica
  • Je hebt kennis van of ervaring met elektriciteit, mechanica, hydraulica en pneumatica
  • Ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met een technisch A2-diploma komen in aanmerking. Leergierigheid en de juiste ingesteldheid zijn hierbij belangrijk
  • Je kan elektrische, mechanische, pneumatische en hydraulische schema's lezen en interpreteren
  • Je hebt kennis van de principes van PLC-sturingen. Zelfstandig programmeren of bedienen is niet noodzakelijk
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt graag mee over technische oplossingen
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team
  • Je stelt je flexibel op en bent bereid om in een tweeploegensysteem te werken
  • Je bent bereid om deel te nemen aan een wachtdienst, ongeveer één keer om de vier weken
  • Het tweeploegensysteem ziet er als volgt uit:Maandag tot donderdag: 6u – 14u of 14u – 22u Vrijdag: 5u45 – 13u of 13u – 20u15

Ook zelfstandige techniekers komen in aanmerking voor deze functie.
