Voor een sterk groeiende en stabiele organisatie binnen de circulaire economie zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven planner die het operationele hart van de dagelijkse transportwerking mee draaiende houdt.

Jouw uitdagingAls Planner Transport & Logistiek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie van een eigen regio en de coördinatie van een team van chauffeurs. e zorgt ervoor dat opdrachten efficiënt worden ingepland, opgevolgd en administratief correct verwerkt.Je bent de centrale schakel tussen chauffeurs, klanten en interne diensten en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot blijft verlopen, ook wanneer de planning onverwacht wijzigt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Opstellen en optimaliseren van dagelijkse transport- en routeplanningen.
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van chauffeurs.
  • Continu opvolgen van de planning en snel bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor operationele vragen en uitdagingen.
  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met chauffeurs, zowel telefonisch als op de site.
  • Administratieve verwerking en opvolging van opdrachten.
  • Controleren van gegevens voor een correcte facturatie.
  • Beheer van de planningsmailbox en ondersteuning bij telefonische contacten.
  • Actief meedenken over efficiëntere processen en verbeteringen binnen de organisatie.

Wie ben jij?Je bent een geboren organisator die overzicht bewaart, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt. Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en durft verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Relevante werkervaring als planner, dispatcher of in een logistieke functie, of een logistieke opleiding met sterke motivatie.
  • Je werkt en denkt op bachelor niveau.
  • Een gezonde dosis maturiteit, initiatief en assertiviteit.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en natuurlijk leiderschap.
  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken.
  • Het vermogen om snel te schakelen en problemen oplossingsgericht aan te pakken.
  • Een goede kennis van Excel.
  • Een zeer vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels, met een goede basis Frans.
  • Beschikbaarheid om 1 zaterdag op 4 te werken.
