Voor dé regionale specialist in diepvriestransport en -logistiek, gelegen in Oostkamp, zoeken wij een ervaren magazijnier die actief wil meewerken in de vaste nachtploeg als assistent-ploegchef. Perfect voor wie honger heeft naar meer uitdaging in hun logistieke carrière!

Jouw rol

Als magazijnmedewerker werk je nauw samen met je collega's in het diepvriesmagazijn om vrachtwagens te laden en te lossen. Maar daarnaast ondersteun je ook de ploegchef in het beheren van de dagelijkse werking binnen het magazijn. Een mooie combinatie tussen actief meewerken op de vloer en verantwoordelijkheid nemen van bovenaf.

Eerst en vooral moet je natuurlijk de job en het bedrijf goed leren kennen. Concreet ga jij dan:

  • Vrachtwagens laden en lossen
  • Paletten verplaatsen tussen verschillende afdelingen
  • Waken over netheid, veiligheid en kwaliteit in het magazijn

Je maakt hiervoor steeds gebruik van een elektrische transpallet (type "BT"). Na een interne opleiding ga je aan de slag met de reachtruck.

Na je opleiding mag je ook jouw taken als verantwoordelijke opnemen. Dan ga je ook:

  • Collega's coördineren en adviseren
  • Nieuwe medewerkers opleiden en begeleiden
  • De ploegchef ondersteunen bij de planning en de taakverdeling
