Maar wil jij anderzijds ook als operator proactief kunnen meehelpen aan topproducten die al generaties lang meegaan? Dan is dit echt een geknipte job voor jou!

Voor een zéér bekende voedingsfirma in Oostkamp met naam, gespecialiseerd in koekjes van gerenommeerde kwaliteit, zoeken wij een lijnverantwoordelijke die de productie in vlotte banen leidt en zo meehelpt aan de authentieke familierecepten die over heel de wereld gesmaakt worden.

Jouw takenpakket

Als lijnverantwoordelijke ben jij één van de spilfiguren van de productie. Je krijgt jouw eigen productielijn toegewezen en neemt daar de touwtjes volledig in handen. Samen met jouw team van 2 tot 6 medewerkers zorg jij dat de productie aan jouw lijn vlekkeloos verloopt en de productieplanning

Concreet ga jij:

  • Actief meewerken aan de productielijn: machine instellen en bedienen, kleine storingen oplossen, productieproces nauw opvolgen...
  • Toezien op de productieplanning: geplande orders (laten) uitvoeren en zorgen dat alles op tijd klaar geraakt
  • Leiding geven: team aansturen, motiveren, ondersteunen, opleiden, begeleiden...
  • De nodige administratie uitvoeren: productiegegevens registeren, eventuele afwijkingen rapporteren...
  • Waken over cruciale veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften

Je werkt hierbij in 2 ploegen en wisselt iedere week tussen de vroege ploeg (6h00 - 14h00) en de late ploeg (14h00 - 22h00).

  • Relevante ervaring als operator en/of als verantwoordelijke OF zéér veel goesting om bij te leren
  • Echte teamspeler die graag anderen ondersteunt, maar ook goed zelfstandig kan werken
  • Bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken
  • Zeer goed Nederlands
  • Eigen vervoer naar de firma (geen openbaar vervoer in de buurt)
