Voor een internationaal productiebedrijf in de voedingssector zijn we op zoek naar een Aankoper Verpakkingsmaterialen.

Onze klant produceert diverse ontbijtgranen en cerealproducten voor zowel retailers als industriële klanten. Om het aankoopteam te versterken, zoeken we een commercieel sterke aankoper met ervaring in een productieomgeving.

Jouw functie Als Aankoper Verpakkingsmaterialen ben je verantwoordelijk voor de strategische en operationele aankoop van onder andere vouwkarton, folies, labels, bigbags en andere verpakkingsmaterialen.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Onderhouden en uitbouwen van relaties met bestaande leveranciers en zoeken naar nieuwe partners.
  • Onderhandelen over prijzen, contracten, indexaties, leveringsvoorwaarden en betalingsvoorwaarden.
  • Bewaken van beschikbaarheid, voorraad en levertermijnen om productieonderbrekingen te voorkomen.
  • Opvolgen van marktontwikkelingen, nieuwe materialen en innovatieve verpakkingsoplossingen.
  • Samenwerken met interne afdelingen en leveranciers rond kwaliteit, klachten en verbeterprojecten.
  • Opvolgen van relevante wetgeving rond verpakkingen.
  • Meewerken aan aankoop-, optimalisatie- en innovatieprojecten.
  • Rapporteren over leveranciers, onderhandelingen, risico's en opportuniteiten.
  • Je werkt bovendien nauw samen met een Franse vestiging binnen de groep. Hiervoor reis je regelmatig naar Frankrijk en communiceer je vlot in het Frans.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma en 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in aankoop, bij voorkeur binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en sterk in onderhandelen.
  • Je combineert een analytische aanpak met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt zelfstandig en proactief.
  • Je bent sterk in communicatie en samenwerking.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Regelmatige verplaatsingen naar leveranciers en Frankrijk vormen geen probleem.
