Als IT Support & Software Developer maak je deel uit van een interne IT-afdeling die ondersteuning biedt aan verschillende afdelingen binnen een groeiende, internationaal actieve organisatie.

Je combineert IT-support met softwareontwikkeling. Ongeveer 20% van je tijd besteed je aan IT-ondersteuning, terwijl je je voor de overige 80% richt op het ontwikkelen, onderhouden en optimaliseren van het interne ERP-systeem. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen en begeleid je IT-projecten van analyse tot implementatie.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkhedenSoftwareontwikkeling

  • Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt interne softwaretoepassingen.
  • Je breidt het bestaande ERP-systeem uit en ontwikkelt nieuwe functionaliteiten met behulp van IBM EGL, Java en JavaScript.
  • Je realiseert koppelingen met externe systemen en diensten.
  • Je denkt mee over innovatieve oplossingen en werkt IoT-toepassingen uit.
  • Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen en vertaalt de behoeften van gebruikers naar praktische IT-oplossingen

IT-support en infrastructuur

  • Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan medewerkers bij uiteenlopende IT-vragen en problemen.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert de IT-infrastructuur, waaronder netwerken, servers, computers, printers, smartphones en software.
  • Je draagt bij aan een stabiele, veilige en efficiënte IT-omgeving.

Projectwerking

  • Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen om hun IT-behoeften in kaart te brengen.
  • Je begeleidt projecten van A tot Z en bewaakt een efficiënte uitvoering.
  • Je neemt initiatief om bestaande systemen en processen continu te verbeteren.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in ICT of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een brede interesse in IT en voelt je thuis in zowel Windows- als Linux-omgevingen.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld, leergierig en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je begrijpt dat IT-oplossingen moeten aansluiten bij de dagelijkse werking van een organisatie.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen en op uiteenlopende functieniveaus.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.

Jouw technische kennis

  • Je hebt ervaring met full-stack softwareontwikkeling, waaronder front-end, back-end en databases.
  • Je hebt kennis van objectgeoriënteerd programmeren, bij voorkeur met Java en IBM EGL.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van SQL en relationele databases.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met HTTP en webtechnologieën zoals HTML, CSS en JavaScript.
  • Je kunt technische vraagstukken analyseren en vertalen naar efficiënte, gebruiksvriendelijke oplossingen.
