Als monteur ben jij degene die ter plaatse het verschil maakt. Je ontmantelt, installeert en repareert krachtige elektromotoren direct bij de klant. Dankzij jouw technische expertise en praktische aanpak blijven industriële processen soepel verlopen. Je bent graag onderweg, houdt van variatie en voelt je op je gemak in elke werkomgeving.

Als Veldmonteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • (de)installeren van elektromotoren, alternatoren en reductiekasten ter plaatse. H
  • Identificeren en documenteren van schade aan motoronderdelen. Het uitvoeren van basismetingen en controles ter plaatse.
  • Veilig en vakkundig werken met hijs- en hefapparatuur, rolbruggen en ander gespecialiseerd materiaal om zware elektromotoren tot wel 30 ton te verplaatsen of te installeren.
  • Invullen van werkrapporten en het doorgeven van relevante informatie aan collega's.
  • Nauwkeurig volgen van werkprocedures en methoden via ons softwaresysteem.
  • Naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Meedenken met de klant om duurzame oplossingen aan te bieden.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's van engineering en werkvoorbereiding om snel tot de juiste oplossing te komen.

Deze functie brengt regelmatig verplaatsingen met zich mee, aangezien je ter plaatse bij klanten aan de slag gaat – zowel in binnen- als buitenland.

  • Je voelt je thuis in een industriële omgeving en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en werkt steeds met aandacht voor veiligheid.
  • Je beschikt over geldig rijbewijs B en attesten zoals VCA, rolbrug, heftruck, … of je bent bereid deze te behalen.
