Dan krijg je hier de kans om dagelijks impact te maken, in een functie met verantwoordelijkheid, afwisseling en directe betrokkenheid bij het productieproces. Bovendien start je in een vaste job in Schoten, werk je in een bedrijf waar kwaliteit centraal staat en krijg je interessante extralegale voordelen.Je begint je dag met het overlopen van de planning en stemt af met de medewerkers. Tijdens de shift volg je de productie op, stuur je bij waar nodig en zorg je ervoor dat alles vlot, veilig en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en ondersteunt het team bij dagelijkse uitdagingen.

Jouw taken:

  • Je bewaakt de goede werking van de productie.
  • Je ondersteunt en motiveert productiemedewerkers.
  • Je volgt productieorders en registraties op.
  • Je zorgt voor een duidelijke overdracht tussen de shiften.
  • Je waakt over kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht mee wanneer zich problemen voordoen
  • Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingssector.
  • Je begeleidt collega's op een respectvolle en duidelijke manier.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een tweeploegenstelsel (06u00-14u00 of 14u00-22u00).
  • Je behoudt overzicht en kan verschillende werkposten tegelijk opvolgen.
  • Je hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne.
