Voor een stabiele en familiale onderneming actief in de bedrijfsvoertuigensector zijn wij op zoek naar een Business Support & Sales Assistant. In deze veelzijdige functie ondersteun je de verkoopactiviteiten en zorg je voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van voertuigdossiers. Daarnaast neem je een actieve rol op binnen marketing, evenementen, kwaliteit, verzekeringen en welzijn op het werk.

Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige aanpak en organisatorisch talent verlopen processen efficiënt en kunnen collega's en klanten rekenen op een vlotte dienstverlening.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheren en opvolgen van verkoopdossiers van bestelling tot aflevering.
  • Coördineren van transporten, inschrijvingen en voorbereidingen zodat voertuigen tijdig geleverd kunnen worden.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt tussen klanten, leveranciers en interne medewerkers.
  • Opstellen van facturen, controleren van aankoopfacturen en beheren van digitale en fysieke dossiers.
  • Administratief beheer van huur- en demovoertuigen, inclusief contractopmaak en facturatie.
  • Opvolgen van onderhouds-, service- en financieringscontracten.
  • Ondersteunen van marketingactiviteiten, promotiecampagnes en sociale media.
  • Mee organiseren van interne en externe evenementen.
  • Ondersteunen bij audits en het actueel houden van procedures en documentatie.
  • Beheren van verzekeringsdossiers en opvolgen van schadegevallen.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden rond welzijn, preventie, medische onderzoeken en veiligheidsopleidingen.
  • Opvolgen van technische keuringen en relevante wettelijke verplichtingen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en behoudt het overzicht in uiteenlopende dossiers.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende contacten.
  • Je hebt interesse in marketing en vindt het leuk om mee te werken aan communicatie- en promotieactiviteiten.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet prioriteiten efficiënt te beheren.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van IT-toepassingen en administratieve systemen.
  • Affiniteit met kwaliteit, veiligheid en welzijn op het werk is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring binnen een technische of automotive omgeving is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een voltijdse tewerkstelling tijdens de daguren van maandag tot en met vrijdag.
