Ben jij op zoek naar een veelzijdige rol waarin je de spil bent van de HR-afdeling én de administratieve organisatie? Voor een snelgroeiend en dynamisch bedrijf in Temse, gespecialiseerd in kwaliteit en klantgerichte dienstverlening, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven HR & Administratief Medewerker.

Wat ga je doen?Als HR-support neem je een brede, ondersteunende en cruciale rol op binnen de organisatie. Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en omvat onder meer:

  • Rekrutering & Selectie: Je volgt vacatures op, beheert sollicitaties, plant eerste gesprekken in, communiceert vlot met kandidaten en verzorgt de nodige feedback.
  • Personeels- & Loonadministratie: Je volgt dagelijks de tijdsregistratie op, bereidt de loonverwerking voor, en stelt contracten op voor nieuwe medewerkers én onderaannemers.
  • HR-Organisatie: Je coördineert en regelt acties zoals opleidingen, de jaarlijkse veiligheidsdag en griepvaccinaties. Daarnaast beheer je de werkkledij (stock, bestellingen, voorbereiding voor starters).
  • Preventie & Logistiek: Je verzorgt de administratieve afhandeling en communicatie bij arbeidsongevallen.
  • Administratieve controle: Je controleert en verwerkt facturen van onderaannemers op juistheid en volledigheid.
  • Onthaal & Procesverbetering: Je beheert de binnenkomende telefonie en denkt actief mee over het efficiënter maken van interne HR- en administratieve processen.
  • Opleiding: Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een economische of zakelijke richting (bijv. KMO-management, Bedrijfsmanagement of gelijkwaardig).
  • Ervaring: Je beschikt over een eerste werkervaring binnen rekrutering en HR-ondersteuning.
  • Vaardigheden: Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en weet prioriteiten te stellen bij een veelzijdig takenpakket.
  • Talen & IT: Je communiceert professioneel en helder in het Nederlands en Engels. Daarnaast heb je een goede digitale algemene kennis en leer je nieuwe softwarepakketten snel aan.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je bent een vlotte communicator die zich comfortabel voelt in contacten met collega's, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
