Heb jij een sterke technische kennis en wil je ervoor zorgen dat een modern machinepark optimaal blijft draaien?

Als Storingstechnieker sta je in voor het preventief en correctief onderhoud van het machinepark, de technische installaties, nutsvoorzieningen en waterzuiveringsinstallatie.

  • Controleren van onderdelen volgens onderhoudsschema’s.
  • Afstellen, herstellen en vervangen van defecte of versleten onderdelen.
  • Testen van machines voor de heropstart.
  • Controleren van nutsvoorzieningen aan de hand van checklists.
  • Diagnoses stellen bij technische storingen.
  • Registreren van werkzaamheden in het onderhoudspakket en opstellen van dagrapporten.
  • Overleggen met ploegverantwoordelijken, operatoren en collega-techniekers.
  • Rapporteren aan de maintenance manager en communiceren met externe partners.
  • Bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van het productieproces en het machinepark.
  • Zorgen voor een nette en veilige werkomgeving.

De onderhoudstechnieker die wij zoeken:

  • Beschikt over een bachelor Elektromechanica of een A2-diploma met enkele jaren ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Heeft bij voorkeur ervaring binnen de voedingssector.
  • Heeft kennis van elektriciteit, elektronica, pompen, pneumatica, hydraulica en meet- en regeltechnieken.
  • Heeft kennis van Siemens S7 en kan programma’s lezen.
  • Heeft inzicht in productieprocessen en technische installaties.
  • Kan vlot werken met een computer en onderhoudspakketten.
  • Communiceert duidelijk en gestructureerd.
  • Is bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken.
