Ben jij een technisch talent dat graag werkt in een uitdagende productieomgeving? Voor onze site zijn wij op zoek naar een Onderhoudstechnieker in 3-ploegenstelsel die meebouwt aan de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van onze installaties.

Jouw takenpakket

Preventief onderhoud

  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud volgens het onderhoudsplan.
  • Machines tijdig controleren om defecten te voorkomen.

Curatief onderhoud

  • Detecteren en analyseren van pannes.
  • Uitvoeren van complexe herstellingen met behulp van technische documentatie.
  • Afregelen en vervangen van onderdelen (fotocellen, motoren, sensoren, reflectoren…).
  • Testen en optimaliseren van machines.
  • Toepassen van escalatieprocedures waar nodig.

Prestatieverbetering van machines

  • Snel storingen identificeren en structurele oorzaken analyseren (o.a. via why-why-analyses).
  • Signaleren van terugkerende storingen en formuleren van verbetervoorstellen.
  • Herstellen van subassemblages en bijdragen aan een hogere beschikbaarheid van de installaties.

Rapportering & CMMS

  • Nauwkeurig registreren van interventies in het CMMS-systeem.
  • Opvolgen van technische rapporteringen en storingsanalyses.
  • Beheren van stockbewegingen en melden van tekorten.

Veiligheid & kwaliteit

  • Zorg dragen voor orde en netheid op de werkvloer.
  • Correct naleven van veiligheidsprocedures.
  • Bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving door onveilige situaties te rapporteren.

Ondersteuning & opleiding

  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan collega’s.
  • Een sterke technische achtergrond (mechanisch, elektrisch of elektromechanisch)
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans. Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een variabel werkrooster met uren tussen 6u en 18u. Buiten deze uren ben je via een wachtsysteem beschikbaar voor eventuele problemen (maandag tot vrijdag)
