Voor onze klant zoeken we een Teamleider-coördinator die de onderhoudswerkzaamheden op de site te Vilvoorde (80%) en de kleinere sites in Wallonië en Vlaanderen (20%) uitvoert, coördineert en optimaliseert. Word een sleutelfiguur in het beheer van industriële installaties en de operationele werking van onze sites!

Als Teamleader ben jij de spil tussen techniek, mensen en processen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze industriële installaties betrouwbaar draaien en dat onze teams hun werk veilig, efficiënt en met plezier kunnen uitvoeren. Met jouw leiderschap en oog voor optimalisatie maak je écht impact.

Wat je gaat doen:

• Beheer van onderhoudscontracten: je bepaalt prioriteiten, volgt KPI’s op en vertaalt analyses naar concrete actieplannen.

• Teammanagement: je organiseert en plant onderhoudsactiviteiten, coacht en motiveert je team, en ontwikkelt hun talenten.

• Equipmentbeheer: je neemt deel aan technische audits, bewaakt de integriteit van installaties en coördineert leveranciers en onderaannemers.

• Veiligheid garanderen: je zorgt dat alle veiligheidsinstructies, vergunningen en keuringen strikt worden nageleefd.

• Continu verbeteren: je werkt samen met de reliability-afdeling aan nieuwe onderhoudsplannen en doet voorstellen voor investeringen en optimalisaties.

• Projecten & commerciële kansen: je volgt verbeteringsprojecten op en spot opportuniteiten om onze dienstverlening verder uit te bouwen.

• Kwaliteit & milieu: je werkt volgens ISO9001 en ISO14001, en draagt duurzaamheid hoog in het vaandel.

Wat breng jij mee?

• Een Bachelor industrieel onderhoud of gelijkwaardige ervaring

• Minstens enkele jaren ervaring in people management binnen een onderhoudsomgeving – je weet hoe je een team motiveert, ontwikkelt en samenbrengt rond gemeenschappelijke doelstellingen

• Ervaring in het coördineren van onderhoudsactiviteiten, bij voorkeur in een industriële context

• Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en vertrouwd met CMMS-systemen

• Zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en kennis van het Frans en Engels

• Een proactieve, resultaatgerichte en flexibele ingesteldheid

• Affiniteit met kwaliteit, milieu en veiligheidsprocedures

• Goede kennis en ervaring met het onderhoud van industriële machines.

• Hands-on mentaliteit.

• Bereid om verplaatsingen te doen over heel België.
