In deze functie ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met schadedossiers te maken heeft. Je begeleidt het volledige traject: van de eerste inschatting van de schade tot en met de facturatie.

Je combineert technische kennis met administratieve nauwkeurigheid en een sterke klantgerichte aanpak. Samen met een team van 7 carrossiers zorg je ervoor dat elk dossier correct, efficiënt en kwaliteitsvol wordt afgehandeld.

Wat houdt de functie in?

  • Je analyseert schade aan voertuigen en stelt een correct en onderbouwd bestek op.
  • Je verwerkt dossiers administratief en legt deze ter goedkeuring voor aan experten.
  • Je onderhoudt professioneel contact met klanten, verzekeraars en experten.
  • Je plant herstellingen in en stemt de timing af met de werkplaats.
  • Je bestelt onderdelen, werkmateriaal en verbruiksmiddelen.
  • Je volgt de werken actief op en bewaakt kwaliteit en efficiëntie.
  • Je verzorgt een duidelijke communicatie naar de klant over de voortgang.
  • Je staat in voor een correcte administratieve opvolging tot en met facturatie.
  • Waar nodig ondersteun je het team in de carrosserie.

Je bent iemand die techniek en service moeiteloos combineert en die energie haalt uit verantwoordelijkheid nemen over een volledig dossier.

Daarnaast breng je mee:

  • Ervaring binnen schadeherstel, carrosserie of auto-expertise.
  • Bij voorkeur een opleiding in een automotive richting.
  • Sterk technisch inzicht.
  • Digitale vaardigheid en administratieve nauwkeurigheid.
  • Ervaring met systemen zoals Claims360, Informex en PlanManager is een troef.
  • Een hoger denk- en werkniveau.
  • Een klantgerichte en servicegerichte mindset.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en basiskennis van Engels en Frans.
  • Het vermogen om meerdere dossiers tegelijk te beheren zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Een autonome en flexibele werkhouding.
