Wat ga je doen?

  • Ondersteunen van het volledige inkoopproces, van het aanvragen en beoordelen van offertes tot het voorbereiden van onderbouwde inkoopbeslissingen.
  • Zorgdragen voor het tijdig en correct plaatsen van bestellingen van goederen en diensten, conform interne procedures en richtlijnen.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van inkooporders, waaronder het bewaken van levertijden, orderbevestigingen en eventuele afwijkingen.
  • Onderhouden van professionele en constructieve relaties met leveranciers en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor vragen, verzoeken en opvolging van gemaakte afspraken.
  • Ondersteunen bij de selectie en evaluatie van leveranciers door het verzamelen, analyseren en rapporteren van relevante informatie.
  • Bijdragen aan het opstellen, onderhouden en opvolgen van contractuele en commerciële afspraken, waaronder prijsafspraken.
  • Monitoren van voorraadniveaus en tijdig signaleren van mogelijke tekorten, leveringsproblemen en andere knelpunten.
  • Zorgdragen voor een correcte en gestructureerde administratieve verwerking en archivering van inkooporders, contracten en overige inkoopdocumentatie.
  • Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden binnen bestaande inkoopprocessen en actief bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie en efficiëntieverbetering.
  • Nauw samenwerken met interne afdelingen, waaronder logistiek, productie en finance, om een efficiënte en betrouwbare goederen- en dienstenstroom te waarborgen.

Wie ben je?

  • Basiskennis van inkoopprocessen, procurement en leveranciersmanagement; relevante ervaring is een pré.
  • Sterke communicatieve en administratieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om professioneel met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders te communiceren.
  • Analytisch en cijfermatig inzicht, gecombineerd met een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkwijze.
  • Proactieve, zelfstandige en resultaatgerichte werkhouding.
  • Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en oog voor detail.
  • Bereidheid om nieuwe processen, systemen en werkwijzen snel eigen te maken.
  • Goede beheersing van Microsoft Office; ervaring met SAP of een vergelijkbaar ERP-systeem is een plus.
  • Goede beheersing van de Franse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Affiniteit met inkoop, supply chain en bedrijfsprocessen.
