The posting

Een efficiënte en haalbare dagplanning uitwerken voor de drie servicetechniekers;

Interventies, onderhoudswerken en installaties organiseren en tijdig inplannen;

Bij dringende oproepen snel de juiste prioriteiten bepalen en de planning waar nodig bijsturen;

Onderhoudscontracten en de uitvoering van de geplande werkzaamheden nauwgezet opvolgen;

Machine- en klantengegevens correct beheren en up-to-date houden;

Werkorders verwerken en zorgen voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging;

Klanten telefonisch en schriftelijk te woord staan, zowel in het Nederlands als het Frans;

De dagelijkse werking afstemmen met de administratieve collega die instaat voor wisselstukken, voorraadbeheer en preventie;

Sterk is in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen;

Ook bij onverwachte wijzigingen rustig en doeltreffend blijft handelen;

Klanten en collega's professioneel en vlot te woord staat in het Nederlands en Frans;

Een stevige administratieve achtergrond heeft, met minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een administratieve functie;

Nauwkeurig werkt en oog heeft voor details, zonder het grotere geheel uit het oog te verliezen;

Graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zelfstandig knopen durft door te hakken;

Zich goed voelt binnen een hecht team en actief bijdraagt aan een goede samenwerking;

Interesse heeft in techniek en gemotiveerd is om zich hierin verder te verdiepen;

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?
