Als Assistent kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke ondersteun je de kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke bij het bewaken en verbeteren van kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsprocessen binnen de organisatie. Je combineert administratieve opvolging met controles op de werkvloer en draagt bij aan een correcte naleving van de geldende kwaliteitsnormen.

Jouw taken:

Kwaliteitscontrole en opvolging:

  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteits- en hygiënecontroles binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Registreren en opvolgen van temperatuurmetingen
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en meedenken over corrigerende maatregelen.
  • Toezien op een correcte uitvoering van reinigings- en hygiëneprocedures

Ondersteuning kwaliteit:

  • Mee instaan voor de dagelijkse opvolging van kwaliteitsrichtlijnen.
  • Verwerken en actualiseren van kwaliteitsregistraties.
  • Ondersteunen bij interne en externe audits.
  • Helpen bij de opvolging van verbeteracties en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen.

Documentenbeheer en administratie

  • Beheer van kwaliteitsdocumentatie, formulieren en registraties.
  • Mee opstellen en actualiseren van procedures, werkinstructies en kwaliteitsdocumenten.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en gestructureerde administratieve opvolging.

Ondersteuning productie

  • Aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteitsvragen van medewerkers.
  • Toezien op de naleving van afgesproken procedures op de werkvloer.
  • Bacheloropleiding binnen voeding, agro, kwaliteitsmanagement of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Een eerste relevante ervaring binnen een productie- of voedingsomgeving is een pluspunt
  • Basiskennis IFS en HACCP
  • Je werkt administratief nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je bent vlot in het gebruik van digitale registratiesystemen en Excel.
  • Je bent leergierig, verantwoordelijk en kwaliteitsbewust.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel op de werkvloer en hebt een praktische aanpak.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met collega's.
