Heb jij een diploma boekhouding of finance en minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen de klantenboekhouding? Ben je sterk met cijfers, werk je nauwkeurig en spreek je vlot Nederlands en Frans? Voor onze klant zoeken we een ervaren boekhoudkundig medewerker voor een tijdelijke vervangingsopdracht.

  • Opvolgen van openstaande klantenvorderingen en versturen van betalingsherinneringen.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van binnenkomende betalingen en openstaande facturen.
  • Analyseren van klantenrekeningen en signaleren van betalingsachterstanden.
  • Voorbereiden van dossiers voor externe incassopartners of juridische opvolging.
  • Inboeken en opvolgen van inkomende en uitgaande bankverrichtingen.
  • Toewijzen en afpunten van ontvangen betalingen.
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van betalingen aan leveranciers en andere partijen.
  • Opstellen en inboeken van manuele facturen.
  • Uitvoeren van bankverrichtingen en oplossen van eventuele verschillen.
  • Analyseren en verantwoorden van algemene grootboekrekeningen.
  • Ondersteunen bij de maandelijkse boekhoudkundige afsluitingen.
  • Behandelen van interne en externe vragen over klantrekeningen, betalingen en bankverrichtingen.
  • Bachelorsdiploma in boekhouding of fiscaliteit.
  • Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een boekhoudkundige functie, met focus op klantenboekhouding en bankverrichtingen.
  • Vlotte en professionele kennis van het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Goede kennis van een boekhoudkundig ERP-systeem, bij voorkeur Exact Globe.
  • Zeer goede kennis van Microsoft Office 365, met een gevorderde kennis van Excel.
  • Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig, proactief en sterk georganiseerd.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en in staat om verschillende prioriteiten tegelijk te beheren.
  • Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte aanpak.
  • Snel inzetbaar en in staat om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan.
