Ben jij een communicatieve duizendpoot die energie haalt uit klantencontact en graag een centrale rol speelt binnen een organisatie? Dan is deze functie als Commerciële Binnendienst Medewerker precies wat je zoekt.

Als commerciële binnendienst medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor een vaste klantenportefeuille. Je staat klanten professioneel te woord, volgt dossiers nauwkeurig op en zorgt ervoor dat alle afspraken binnen het verkoopproces worden nagekomen.

Je werkt nauw samen met accountmanagers en ondersteunt hen met enthousiasme en precisie. Daarnaast heb je dagelijks contact met interne afdelingen zoals logistiek, R&D, calculatie en productie. Dankzij jouw helicopterview weet je perfect prioriteiten te stellen en behoud je overzicht, zelfs wanneer het druk wordt.

Jouw rol in het kort:

  • Klantencontact onderhouden en vragen beantwoorden.
  • Bestellingen, klachten en problemen efficiënt opvolgen.
  • Accountmanagers ondersteunen met administratieve en commerciële taken.
  • Afstemmen met interne diensten om dossiers vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Rapporteren aan de Sales Manager.
  • Prioriteiten stellen en overzicht bewaren in een dynamische omgeving.

We zoeken iemand die zich herkent in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een bachelor diploma of relevante ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving.
  • Je bent sterk in Excel en het Office-pakket kent voor jou geen geheimen.
  • Je houdt van verantwoordelijkheid en gaat ambitieus en gedreven aan de slag.
  • Je bent flexibel en zet graag een tandje bij wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je bent proactief, communicatief en hebt een warme persoonlijkheid.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en werkt graag in teamverband.
  • Je kan goed omgaan met stress en haalt voldoening uit het nakomen van beloftes.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Duits en Engels.
