The posting

Voor een dynamische productieomgeving zijn we op zoek naar een Elektromechanisch Technieker. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de goede werking van de technische installaties, machines en infrastructuur.

Je zorgt ervoor dat storingen zo snel mogelijk worden opgespoord en opgelost, met als doel de installaties efficiënt te laten functioneren en stilstand tot een minimum te beperken. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan verbeteringen aan de machines en technische installaties.

Je verantwoordelijkheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Uitvoeren van laswerken, zowel halfautomatisch lassen als elektrode-/baguettelassen.
  • Onderhoud en herstellingen uitvoeren aan poorten, afsluitingen en toegangsdeuren.
  • Meewerken aan technische verbeteringen van machines en installaties.
  • Ervoor zorgen dat technische problemen efficiënt worden aangepakt om productiestilstand zoveel mogelijk te beperken.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan de volledige installatie en het machinepark.
  • Uitvoeren van herstellingen aan machines, installaties en technische apparatuur.
  • Opsporen en oplossen van mechanische en elektrische storingen.
  • Onderhoud en herstellingen uitvoeren aan technische installaties en onderdelen.

We zoeken een technisch sterke en praktische medewerker die graag problemen analyseert en zelfstandig naar oplossingen zoekt.

  • Je hebt een technisch diploma.
  • Je hebt kennis van procesautomatisering.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je hebt ervaring met lassen.
  • Je bent technisch en praktisch ingesteld.
  • Je kunt storingen analyseren en gericht naar oplossingen zoeken.
  • Je hebt een eerste werkervaring opgedaan tijdens een intensieve technische opleiding.
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2- of 3-ploegenstelsel te werken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het onderhoud en de goede werking van de installaties.
