Ben jij een ervaren heftruckchauffeur met een goed technisch inzicht? Werk je graag in een productieomgeving en hou je van afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid? Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou!

Voor een klant in de regio zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde heftruckchauffeur / lijnrijder die zorgt voor een vlotte goederenstroom en een correcte verwerking van afgewerkte producten.

In deze functie combineer je het besturen van een heftruck met taken als lijnrijder. Je zorgt ervoor dat afgewerkte producten op de juiste plaats terechtkomen en dat vrachtwagens correct geladen worden.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Laden van pendelvrachtwagens met de heftruck
  • Klaarzetten en wegzetten van goederen die vervoerd moeten worden
  • Verplaatsen van afgewerkte producten aan de productielijn
  • Scannen en stockeren van pallets op de juiste locatie volgens de geldende procedures
  • Selecteren van het juiste palletiseerprogramma volgens de productieplanning
  • Controleren van palletstickers bij de opstart en productwissels
  • Uitvoeren van kleine mechanische herstellingen aan wikkelaars
  • Wisselen van folierollen en aanvullen van karton en pallets
  • Uitscannen en klaarzetten van niet-conforme producten voor herwerking
  • Klaarzetten van laadstaten
  • Waken over een correcte goederenbehandeling en het naleven van de veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Je beschikt over minimaal een A2-diploma of gelijkwaardig niveau
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Je hebt ruime rijervaring met de heftruck en kan vlot manoeuvreren
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een geldig heftruckattest
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kan kleine mechanische problemen herkennen en verhelpen
  • Je hebt kennis van productieprocessen en verschillende producten
  • Je kan procedures rond voedselveiligheid, milieu, orde en netheid correct toepassen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit
  • Veiligheid draag je hoog in het vaandel
  • Je bent flexibel en houdt van een gevarieerd takenpakket
