De job

Als dossierbeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van transportdossiers van A tot Z. Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van transporten van kunstwerken
  • Organiseren van professionele verpakking en logistieke planning
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van douanedocumenten en internationale formaliteiten
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten, transportpartners en interne teams
  • Administratieve opvolging en correcte documentatie van elk dossier

Je zorgt ervoor dat elk transport veilig, correct en volgens planning verloopt.

  • zeer goede kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels
