Over de Gistfabriek

De Gistfabriek is een voedingsbedrijf in het centrum van historisch Brugge dat gespecialiseerd is in de productie van enzymen. Deze enzymen worden wereldwijd gebruikt in onder andere bier, brood, veevoeding, biobrandstoffen, textiel en detergenten.

Het bedrijf maakt deel uit van een beursgenoteerde multinational die wereldwijd actief is in tientallen laden en bekend staat om haar sterke focus op innovatie, duurzaamheid en wetenschap.

Jouw rol als Onderhoudstechnieker Mechanica

Als onderhoudstechnieker ben jij een sleutelfiguur in het garanderen van betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en performantie van de installaties. Je combineert technische expertise met zelfstandigheid en inzicht, en werkt nauw samen met productie en andere technische collega's.

Je krijgt de ruimte om zelf te plannen, te adviseren en actief mee te bouwen aan verbeteringen op lange termijn.

Wat zal je concreet doen:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief mechanisch onderhoud
  • Zelfstandig plannen en organiseren van interventies
  • Adviseren over wat intern wordt uitgevoerd en wat door externe partners kan gebeuren
  • Inplannen en opvolgen van wettelijke keuringen
  • Formuleren van verbeteringsvoorstellen rond veiligheid, rendement en duurzaamheid
  • Meebouwen aan de opbouw en testing van nieuwe installaties
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie met collega's om kwaliteit en veiligheid te garanderen
  • Na opleiding: deelname aan wachtdienstsysteem
  • Op termijn: begeleiden en opleiden van nieuwe collega's
  • Je denkt en handelt op bachelor-niveau (diploma is geen must)
  • Voorkeur eerste ervaring als onderhouds- of maintenance technieker
  • Sterke mechanische kennis: Onderhoud & revisie van machines, tandwielen, lagers, aandrijvingen
  • Technische tekeningen, schema's en P&ID's lezen
  • Vlot kunnen werken met MS Office
