Ben jij een ervaren projectmanager die structuur brengt in complexe organisatiebrede projecten? Werk je graag analytisch, behoud je steeds het overzicht en krijg je energie van het realiseren van tastbare verbeteringen? Dan is deze uitdaging misschien wel iets voor jou.

Voor een groeiende familiale onderneming met meer dan 300 medewerkers zoeken we een Project Manager Non-Technical. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige projecttraject: van analyse en planning tot implementatie en evaluatie. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en stakeholders om strategische projecten succesvol te realiseren.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het volledige projectverloop van idee tot oplevering
  • Vertalen van strategische doelstellingen naar concrete projectplannen
  • Bepalen van scope, planning, budgetten en benodigde middelen
  • Analyseren van risico’s en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig
  • Bewaken van deadlines, kwaliteit, budgetten en projectdoelstellingen
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe stakeholders
  • Rapporteren aan het management en ondersteuning bieden bij besluitvorming
  • Coördineren van verandertrajecten en draagvlak creëren binnen de organisatie
  • Evalueren van projecten en formuleren van verbeteracties
  • Intensief samenwerken met Finance, IT, Sales, HR, Marketing en externe partners
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdenkniveau
  • Je hebt minstens 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring binnen projectmanagement in een niet-technische omgeving
  • Je bent sterk in het analyseren en optimaliseren van processen
  • Je weet complexe vraagstukken te vertalen naar een duidelijke en haalbare aanpak
  • Je communiceert vlot met stakeholders op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht, ook binnen complexe projecten
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en neemt onderbouwde beslissingen
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op
  • Je weet teams mee te nemen in veranderingstrajecten
  • Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met een resultaatgerichte aanpak
