The posting

Als projectleider elektriciteit ben je verantwoordelijk voor projecten van A tot Z: van studie en ontwerp tot uitvoering, oplevering en nazorg. Je werkt aan technische installaties in wegen, tunnels en kunstwerken (bruggen, sluizen, stuwen), maar ook aan AC/DC-laadinfrastructuur en industriële elektrotechnische installaties in zowel laag- als hoogspanning.

We bepalen samen welke projecten het beste bij jou passen en bouwen je verantwoordelijkheden op volgens je ervaring en interesses.

Werken in infra is nooit saai: je draagt bij aan projecten met maatschappelijke meerwaarde die letterlijk zichtbaar zijn in het straatbeeld.

Je verdeelt je tijd tussen:

• aanwezigheid op de werf, waar je je teams ondersteunt en begeleidt

• overleg met klanten, studiebureaus en leveranciers

• technische en administratieve opvolging gericht op kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning

JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het project vanaf studiefase tot eindoplevering.

Je coördineert de projecten zowel naar de klant als naar de werfleiding.

Je denkt mee in oplossingen en biedt praktische, klantgerichte antwoorden op technische of organisatorische uitdagingen.

Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit, veiligheid en correcte documentatie doorheen het volledige projectverloop.

Je zoekt opportuniteiten binnen de uitvoering, maar blijft trouw aan de afspraken en grenzen van het lastenboek.

Je volgt zowel de technische als financiële voortgang van je projecten nauwgezet op.

Je bent de verbinder tussen werf, kantoor en klant.

Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in Elektriciteit, Elektromechanica, Elektronica, Energietechnologie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Idealiter heb je ervaring in projectleiding binnen infrastructuur, elektro, tunneltechnieken, industriële installaties of utiliteit. Ervaring met overheidsaanbestedingen is een extra voordeel.

Je bent resultaatgericht, analytisch en denkt in oplossingen.

Je beschikt over technische maturiteit en kunt snel schakelen tussen verschillende prioriteiten.

Je kunt mensen motiveren en aansturen op een respectvolle en inclusieve manier.

Je werkt georganiseerd en zelfstandig, met uitstekende communicatievaardigheden.

Je denkt duurzaam en houdt rekening met milieu, veiligheid en maatschappelijke impact.

Je hebt goede kennis van MS Office en beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
