Voor een toonaangevend bedrijf in Genk, één van de absolute marktleiders in platte daken, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Projectleider Daken die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en complexe projecten succesvol naar de eindmeet brengt.

Jouw uitdaging

Als projectleider ben jij de drijvende kracht achter meerdere dakprojecten. Je combineert technisch inzicht met organisatietalent en zorgt ervoor dat elk project op rolletjes loopt, van opstart tot oplevering.

Je neemt de volledige leiding over jouw werven en bewaakt continu de kwaliteit, veiligheid, planning én rendabiliteit.

Je stuurt budgetten, deadlines en materiaalstromen strak aan en grijpt proactief in waar nodig.

Je coördineert en motiveert zowel eigen ploegen als onderaannemers om samen uitstekende resultaten neer te zetten.

Je leidt werfvergaderingen, onderhoudt contacten met klanten, architecten en andere betrokken partijen en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking.

Je beheert meerdere langdurige projecten tegelijkertijd, met budgetten die kunnen oplopen tot € 2 miljoen.

Je werkt op projecten verspreid over Limburg, de Kempen, Brussel en de regio Luik.

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider binnen de dakensector en weet als geen ander hoe je een werf succesvol aanstuurt.
  • Je bewaart moeiteloos het overzicht en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende projecten, deadlines en stakeholders.
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en denkt steeds in oplossingen in plaats van problemen.Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel, zowel op de werf als met klanten, leveranciers en collega's.
  • Je bent voldoende Franstalig om projecten in de regio Luik op te volgen en alle betrokken partijen vlot te woord te staan.Je combineert technische kennis met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en voelt je comfortabel in een rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid
