Onze klant is op zoek naar een enthousiaste Showroomadviseur (Flexi) die klanten begeleidt bij het realiseren van hun interieurwensen. Als het gezicht van de showroom zorgt de kandidaat voor een warme ontvangst en een inspirerende winkelbeleving.

De Showroomadviseur adviseert klanten op een professionele en klantgerichte manier, luistert naar hun behoeften en vertaalt deze naar passende interieur- en productoplossingen. Daarnaast staat hij of zij in voor het opvolgen van offertes en bestellingen en draagt mee zorg voor een aantrekkelijke en verzorgde showroompresentatie.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Bezoekers hartelijk ontvangen en een uitstekende klantenervaring creëren.
  • Klanten adviseren en begeleiden bij hun aankoopbeslissing.
  • Verkoopkansen herkennen en commerciële doelstellingen ondersteunen.
  • Offertes en bestellingen nauwkeurig opvolgen.
  • Showroomleveringen registreren en administratief verwerken.
  • Zorgen voor een verzorgde, aantrekkelijke en klantvriendelijke showroom.
  • Proactief contact onderhouden met klanten voor een vlotte opvolging van dossiers.

Onze klant zoekt een kandidaat met een passie voor interieur, verkoop en klantenservice.

De ideale kandidaat beschikt over volgende eigenschappen en vaardigheden:

  • Klantgerichte en commerciële ingesteldheid.
  • Affiniteit met interieur, design en wooninrichting.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en initiatief nemen.
  • Teamgerichte houding en positieve ingesteldheid.
  • Flexibiliteit in werkuren, waaronder weekends en drukke verkoopperiodes.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin en een proactieve aanpak.
  • Leergierigheid en de motivatie om zich verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Bereidheid om flexibel ingezet te worden binnen de regio indien nodig
