Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, FH, Uni) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Category Management, Produktmanagement oder Einkauf - idealerweise im Lebensmittelbereich oder Großhandel

* Verhandlungsgeschick und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Lieferanten

* Analytisches Denken, Gespür für Markttrends und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und Erfahrung in Warenwirtschaftssystemen

Deine zukünftigen Tätigkeiten

* Sortimentsgestaltung: Strategische Entwicklung, Pflege und Optimierung definierter Warengruppen unter Berücksichtigung von Markttrends, Kundenbedürfnissen und Unternehmenszielen

* Warengruppenverantwortung: Betreuung ausgewählter Sortimente (zB Handelswaren, Getränke, Papier & Verpackung, Fette & Margarinen, Getreideprodukte)

* Lieferantenmanagement: Auswahl, Betreuung und Verhandlung mit bestehenden und neuen Lieferanten, inklusive Konditions- und Vertragsgestaltung

* Markt- & Wettbewerbsanalyse: Beobachtung von Trends, Innovationen und Mitbewerbern zur Weiterentwicklung des Sortiments

* Preis- & Aktionsmanagement: Planung und Umsetzung von Preisstrategien, Aktionen und Marketingmaßnahmen

* Kennzahlenanalyse: Überwachung von Umsätzen, Margen und relevanten Leistungskennzahlen zur Ableitung von Maßnahmen

* Operative Warendisposition mit Schwerpunkt auf die strategische und kaufmännische Sortimentsentwicklung

Wir bieten

* Vollzeitbeschäftigung 38,5 Stunden/Woche bei Tagesarbeitszeit

* Das Bruttomonatsgehalt beträgt ab € 3.220,00

* Gerne sind wir zur Überzahlung bereit, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung
